Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

We provide our services throughout Metro Manila.

Payments can be done in two ways:

  1. Bank deposit in any BDO branch
    • Account name: C & F Parties and Events Corp.
    • Account number: 140201580
  2. Checks or manager’s check payable to: C & F Parties and Events Corp.

Our minimum number of guests per event is 30 and our maximum is 200 guests.

Food Czar provides food from our partners: Filipino, American, Japanese, Thai, etc. We are continuously expanding our cuisines as we acquire more partners.

Yes, our clients can order food from different restaurants for their events.

Clients are discouraged from bringing additional food other than what was ordered. If the client wishes to provide additional food and/or drinks, Food Czar is automatically relieved from all liabilities due to food poisoning or spoilage.

For catering events, we require at least 4 hours to set up the venue.

Clients can request changes any time, subject to additional costs. Please understand that any change requests made within 5 days of the event will be done on a “best effort” basis.

Clients can cancel 7 days before the event, subject to cancellation fees.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days before the date of event; 50% for cancellations 7 days before the date of event; and 100% within 24 hours or the day of the event.
